For the last couple of days, I've been taking the folders full of receipts, bills, pay stubs, etc. and shredding them. Yesterday I shredded/recycled the 2006 papers, today I worked on 2007. I still have 2003, 2002, 2001, and 2000 to go. I'll be taking two very stuffed gorcery bags full of shredded paper to the Paper Gator today.
I can't believe what we haven't thrown out. I find titles to cars we don't have anymore, receipts for clothes/toys I've given away and old medical bills. I didn't get to a whole lot of decluttering on Monday, as I spent the day applying for several jobs, but I did get to do the vacuuming. (Received two callbacks already!) Happy news, UIA called yesterday and the claim went in my favor! So I can breathe a little bit here, but still looking hard for work. Looking forward to an interview on Friday!
